Description

Contrail Rockets LLC will assist in the transport of International University Rockets and hardware in crate or crates both into and out of the United States by assigning a Power of Attorney to an approved Shipping Service.

It is the responsibility of the contract shipper to pay any import duties, fees, insurance, damages, legal fees or any other financial implications that may arise from the shipping of this Crate/Crates. It is also required that neither the Shipper or the University is shipping anything that they intent to sell in the US. Any obligations created to Contrail Rockets LLC. either financial/time shall be the responsibility of the shipper and ultimately The University. Once the Crate/Crates are returned to the University the POA will be revoked.

Payment of this invoice is an acknowledgement of the responsibility financially that The University assumes in using Contrail Rockets LLC. as their Agent in assisting to move the shipment to and from the United States.
